Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review. Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our dealer clients receive valuable insights and feedback. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments. Essential Qualifications: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary; we're looking for candidates with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Basic internet and Windows-based computer skills are required; experience with technology and software applications is a plus. Strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment; gaming experience is helpful but not required.
