As a trusted advisor to key customers, you will help them understand and utilize arenaflex Infrastructure as part of their overall cloud strategy by recommending migration paths, integration strategies, and architectural patterns. You will demonstrate how arenaflex is differentiated, highlighting the power of arenaflex Infrastructure by working with customers on POCs, demonstrating features, optimizing model performance, profiling, and benchmarking. **Responsibilities** - Be a trusted advisor to key customers, helping them understand and utilize arenaflex Infrastructure as part of their overall cloud strategy by recommending migration paths, integration strategies, and architectural patterns. - Demonstrate how arenaflex is differentiated, highlighting the power of arenaflex Infrastructure by working with customers on POCs, demonstrating features, optimizing model performance, profiling, and benchmarking. - Build repeatable assets to enable other customers and internal teams. - Influence arenaflex Infrastructure product direction as a trusted representative for both customers and product teams. - Travel to customer sites and events as needed. **Minimum Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in virtualization or cloud native architectures in a customer-facing or support role. - Experience in performing technical presentations or public speaking. **Preferred Qualifications** - Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. - Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable and secure distributed systems. - Experience with containers and associated technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, Istio, Serverless, and Microservices. - Experience in understanding a complex customer's existing software workload and the ability to define a technical migration roadmap to the cloud reflecting specific customer needs. **Skills and Competencies** - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, including virtualization, containerization, and serverless computing. - Experience with arenaflex Infrastructure, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Cloud Services (GCS). - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions. - Experience working with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions. - Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
