If you have: * A high school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience * 6 months of experience providing customer service or selling products and services * A strong aptitude for troubleshooting technical issues and upselling when the moment is right * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality * A flexible and adaptable approach to work Then we want to hear from you! **Qualifications** * Minimum: + High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience + 6 months of experience providing customer service or selling products and services + Must live within the Phoenix, Tucson, or Las Vegas and surrounding communities of those cities + Must have high-speed internet connection available in your home * Preferred: + Live within an area of the Phoenix, Tucson, or Las Vegas and surrounding communities where Cox Communication services are available + 6+ months of experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and/or connectivity issues + 6+ months of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals + Keen aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus + 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service role, not necessarily specific to call centers + Enthusiastic and personable, with the ability to adapt and thrive in constant change + Previous telecommunications experience **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
