Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and talented Director of Product, Fulfillment Services to lead our Satisfaction Services team, a key driver within our Satisfaction Group. As the head of this team, you will be responsible for driving the product group and collaborating closely with your Operations partner to identify and execute opportunities that deliver value to our buyers and sellers through investments in arenaflex's fulfillment platform. How This Team Contributes to arenaflex The Satisfaction organization at arenaflex is a dynamic and growing team that plays a critical role in shaping the customer experience. Our work touches many aspects of our customers' journeys, from setting the right delivery dates for buyers to helping sellers purchase shipping labels for their orders. We partner closely with our Satisfaction Operations team, as well as other groups across the organization, to deliver high-impact products to our customers. Key Responsibilities As the Director of Product, Fulfillment Services, your everyday responsibilities will include: Collaborating with our Delivery Operations team and cross-functional partners to understand, define, and prioritize the most impactful projects and adapt to changing business needs and novel opportunities in the fulfillment space. Setting your team's product strategy and roadmap to support our Satisfaction objectives, working intelligently, and communicating responsibilities and updates to your teams and partners on a continuous rhythm. Leading multiple Product Managers as they drive their teams' performance by working closely with cross-functional partners. Owning the performance (and measurement) of the team's product experiences, including impact on the business and our customers. Incorporating customer research, market analysis, and customer feedback into product requirements to ensure products meet customer needs, as well as business goals. Regularly presenting to organization leaders on roadmap progress, strategy, and prioritization. Being an active member of arenaflex's product team, contributing in areas like our product team culture or mentorship. What We're Looking for in a Candidate To succeed in this role, you should have: A proven track record of leading teams to deliver significant impact, in both 0-1 and iterative spaces. Experience in seller-led fulfillment (as opposed to retailer-led fulfillment), with a preference for having marketplace expertise. Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to drive navigation and impact through informal power, and a preference for experience working closely with business or operational partners. Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to set strategies, inform performance, and make product decisions, while also being able to draw from your deep product experience to use sound judgment early and often. A passion for solving real customer problems and advocating for their needs, while understanding how to balance them with business objectives. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire, engage, and clearly communicate with diverse audiences and subjects.
