Job Overview and Key Responsibilities In this access-level role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the ticketing and bag check-in process, and providing assistance with routing, travel planning, and gate boarding. As a Ticket/Gate Agent (Customer Service Agent), your duties will include: Proudly owning the check-in process, boarding procedure, and seat availability, including making gate announcements and ensuring customers have the correct travel documentation. Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts, with some bags weighing up to 70 pounds. Working loading bridges and establishing, last, and securing aircraft doors. Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport. Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts varying from early morning to overnight, and a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 40 hours per week based on seniority. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Minimum of 18 years of age and authorization to work in the United States. Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation. Basic digital literacy and the ability to pass a physical capacity test (PAT) and a customer service assessment.
