We are looking for talented and motivated individuals interested in the following roles: HomeCare Sales Specialist I : Connect and engage with people, starting relationships with those interested in home care support for themselves or a loved one. Intake Specialist I : Work closely with patients and caregivers to educate them on our supported programs, assist with the application and enrollment process, and complete the eligibility process and onboarding. Onboarding Specialist I : Guide patients and caregivers through the onboarding process, conducting virtual or in-person orientations. Care Support Specialist I : Support patients and caregivers throughout their home care journey, ensuring they receive the care they need and feel heard and cared for. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will possess: Customer Service Skills : Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations, empathize with customers, and solve problems. Ability to manage a high-volume inbound and outbound queue and provide a high level of customer service, including empathy, active listening, and patience. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide empathy and compassion to patients and caregivers. Soft Skills : Good listening skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work well in a team. Problem-Solving : Ability to solve problems and stay calm under pressure, resolving issues over the telephone with customers comfortably and defusing frustrated callers successfully. Time Management : Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet and exceed expectations. Technology : Computer proficiency, strong typing skills, and the ability to leverage technology to resolve customer issues efficiently while note-taking and multitasking. Multitasking : Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once and manage multiple priorities while assisting patients and caregivers through the process.
