As a Director - AO Customer Service, you will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience and operational efficiency at arenaflex's Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) hub. Our mission is to provide exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence, and a positive impact on the communities we serve. **Key Responsibilities** As a Director - AO Customer Service, you will be responsible for: * Leading a team of customer service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results * Ensuring seamless execution of airport operations, including functional exercises above and below the wing * Achieving planned financial targets and maintaining a high-performing team in a unionized labor force climate * Collaborating with union leadership to ensure fair and effective labor relations * Driving results through leadership, direction, planning, and inspiration * Overseeing station functional execution, including unwavering quality measurements, Joined Track, UP, Client Managing, Slope Dealing with, and PLB objective accomplishment * Ensuring station health and safety, including Airplane Harm and LTI objective accomplishment, PPBM/Pack consistence, and station late weight consistence * Participating in audit sheets (PRB, SRB, and ARB) and serving as a government office contact (TSA, Airport Power, CBP, Police, Fire, FBI, DPU, and FAM) * Guaranteeing a polite, mindful, and deferential workplace (ECI execution), executing training programs, and driving issue goal cycle in every space of liability * Overseeing a piece of the consolidated budget of $50-60M, ensuring cost control, labor delivery against plan, and upsell execution for the station to meet or surpass objectives **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A bachelor's degree or equivalent significant work experience * 7+ years of management experience in an airport operational environment * Proven results in the management of a multi-division, complex business, including tasks, planned operations, business systems, execution measurements, and budgets * Demonstrated progress in the management of people, navigation, and objective-coordinated administration * Strong experience with functional and corporate cycles and systems * Experience overseeing health-related programs and administrative requirements * Past experience overseeing in a unionized labor force climate **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Project management skills * Experience with departmental health, administrative and strategy consistency, departmental preparation, and functional oversight for merchant powering activities, deicing tasks, and unique services regions * Strong experience with global services and arenaflex Club support **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: * Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results through data-driven decision-making * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence * Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Experience with unionized labor force climate and collective bargaining agreements **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
