Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Scientist to join our team in Retail Strategic Health Analytics. As a Lead Data Scientist, you will collaborate with business partners to shape the analytics strategy to address business priorities through predictive modeling, statistical analysis, or metric analysis as a thought leader. You will own and manage an analytics workstream, leading other analysts and data scientists to build end-to-end analytical products. Your expertise in algorithms and predictive models will help advocate approaches, test hypotheses, detect patterns, and propose solutions to complex business problems.
