Job Overview: Data Entry Specialist Role The Data Entry Specialist will play a crucial role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our advanced online platforms and tools. This position will work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams to ensure seamless project collaboration, issue resolution, and goal achievement. As a remote team member, you will be an integral part of our distributed workforce, contributing to the success of our organization while enjoying the flexibility and comfort of working from your own location in Alaska. Key Responsibilities: Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Participate in ongoing training and professional development to expand knowledge of the industry and our processes Investigate discrepancies and issues as they arise, providing timely and effective solutions Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. While no prior experience is necessary, data entry experience is a definite plus.
