Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Phone and Chat Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Phone and Chat Specialist, you will play a vital role in connecting nurses with healthcare facilities, verifying their credentials, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time remote opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while making a real difference in the lives of healthcare workers and patients. Your primary responsibilities will include navigating online systems to verify nurses' credentials, following up with written messages to confirm credential validity, and handling inbound and outbound calls to provide updates on shift status. You will also be required to manage multiple chat channels, access company and client resources, and perform data entry tasks. Key Responsibilities Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner Navigate online systems to verify nurses' credentials and follow up with written messages to confirm validity Handle multiple chat channels simultaneously, providing exceptional customer service and support Access company and client resources to accurately handle calls and provide solutions to customers Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records Work requests and records received for those requesting to sign up for a shift, identifying customers' needs and researching to see if requests have the necessary credentials Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions, providing exceptional service and support Be available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times Flexibility to cross-train as requested, adapting to changing needs and priorities Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: At least 1 year of customer service or customer support experience 1 year of previous call center or office background experience Technical savvy and proficiency in navigating online systems Previous remote work from home experience is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening Ability to type 35 words per minute accurately A background check applicable with state and federal laws is required In addition to these qualifications, we are looking for individuals who are quick learners, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
