Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry and Timesheet Verification Specialist to join our team in the Stoughton, Springfield, and Danvers areas of Massachusetts. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our timesheet verification process, which is critical to our operational success. Key Responsibilities Verify electronic PCA timesheets interpreted through OCR software, ensuring all required information is present and accurate in a high-volume environment. Total manual entry timesheets and enter them into payroll software with precision and efficiency. Investigate timesheet issues promptly and resolve them in a professional and courteous manner. Report all suspected incidents of consumer sexual/physical abuse and neglect to the Disabled Person Protection Commission (DPPC) in accordance with regulatory requirements. Perform all other duties as assigned by the Timesheet Management Supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications: Familiarity with office machines and equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Excellent typing and reaction skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Understanding of the Fiscal Intermediary Program and the PCA Program, or a willingness to learn and become proficient in these areas. Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently as a team player, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment. Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving high standards of performance. Competency with data entry and basic formula understanding and application, with the ability to learn new software and systems as required. Punctuality and dependability, with a reliable attendance record and a commitment to being on time for scheduled shifts. Preferred Experience While not required, the following experiences are preferred: Typing/data entry experience, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Ten key experience, with the ability to perform calculations quickly and accurately. Education A High School Diploma is required for this position. Equivalent experience or higher education may be considered in lieu of a diploma, but candidates must demonstrate the essential skills and qualifications outlined above. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment, where you will routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The physical demands of this role include: Talking and/or hearing, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients. Sitting, standing, walking, and using hands to finger, handle, or feel, with the ability to perform these actions for extended periods. Reaching with hands and arms, with the ability to access and use office equipment and files. Travel No travel is required for this position, as you will be working primarily in our office locations in the Stoughton, Springfield, and Danvers areas of Massachusetts.
