Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Data Entry and Customer Service Manager to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, processing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, and contributing to the development of our marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex subscribers, responding to inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Process data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and promotional materials. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services. Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services, including new releases, promotions, and company policies. Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team marketing goals, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all equipment and software are in good working order. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred. At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or marketing, with a proven track record of success. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in data entry software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and work independently. Knowledge of the entertainment industry, including trends, competitors, and market analysis. Fluency in multiple languages, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and differences. Experience with social media marketing, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Certification in customer service, sales, or marketing, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP).
