Job description is as follows, but is not limited to: · Managing accounts for existing clients · Account reviews to ensure the customer has their insurance needs met or exceeded · Assisting with policy changes and cancellations · Preparing and presenting quotes to clients/prospects · Writing new business policies · Upselling/account rounding for existing clients · Processing/assisting with client payments · Answering billing and/or coverage questions · Inputting and following up with claims, as well as helping clients through the entire claim process · Having or completing the required training to perform our on-site registry services · Working directly with our insurance carriers and clients · Working with our team of employees, bringing in new ideas, information or solutions to the table · Being able to document information in our internal client database (AMS360) 3-5 years experience with P&C License and AMS360 training preferred, however , we do have positions available for those willing to obtain a P&C license and grow with our agency!
