Job Summary We are looking for a talented individual with 0 to 3 years of experience to fill the role of Data Entry and Auth Reviewer. The ideal candidate will possess mandatory technical skills in MS Excel and preferably domain skills in Benefits Configuration and Benefit Administration-Buyer. As a Data Entry and Auth Reviewer at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our data entry processes, while also reviewing authorizations for pending claims to verify that due process was followed. Key Responsibilities Reviewing available authorizations for pending claims to verify due process was followed, utilizing your attention to detail and analytical skills. Entering data into client systems with high accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements. Ensuring legal compliance in all aspects of data entry and authorization review, staying abreast of changes in regulations and laws that may impact our processes. Referring suspicious or complicated authorizations to investigators for further review and analysis, demonstrating your ability to identify potential issues and escalate them as needed. Collaborating with other professionals to determine authorization validity and cause, showcasing your excellent communication and teamwork skills. Developing a strong understanding of claims, appeals, and medical benefits, and applying this knowledge to make informed decisions in your role. Demonstrating proficiency in computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy, as well as good written and verbal communication skills. Maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality of medical information, adhering to strict data protection policies and procedures. Applying knowledge of data entry and transcription to ensure accurate and efficient processing of benefits data. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following essential qualifications: Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and analysis, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and perform data analysis. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing benefits data, with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees and team members, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment, with minimal supervision. Experience or knowledge in Benefits Configuration and Benefit Administration-Buyer is a plus, although not essential. Problem-solving skills to address and resolve benefits-related issues, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information, adhering to strict data protection policies and procedures. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be advantageous: MS Excel Certification, demonstrating your expertise in data management and analysis.
