Key Responsibilities Apply advanced analytical methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, machine learning) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions Analyze customer behavior (e.g., genre preferences, viewing patterns) to identify unmet customer needs and untapped content opportunities Predict content engagement to inform acquisition decisions Optimize our content launch and episode release strategy Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention Develop and implement new metrics and KPIs, measuring content performance for both tactical and strategic guidance Provide ad-hoc analytical support to stakeholders to help drive the business forward Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in Data Analysis Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques: decision trees, regression, classification, etc. Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field A passion for Media and Entertainment Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, business, and soft skills.
