Job Overview In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including educational institutions, government agencies, and private organizations, to help them navigate the complex world of cloud security. You will be responsible for providing technical support, guidance, and expertise to clients, as well as collaborating with our sales and engineering teams to identify and qualify business opportunities. Your goal will be to help clients get the most out of our cloud security solutions, while also identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to our product development team. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Security Sales and blithequark Cloud teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand client technical and compliance concerns, and develop a strategy to resolve technical blockers. Maintain high levels of technical knowledge and work with blithequark Cloud Security products to demonstrate and validate solution benefits in client and partner environments. Support blithequark Cloud Security opportunities and relationships by being responsible for technical aspects of solutions, including delivering compelling technical presentations, product and solution briefings, proofs-of-concepts, and demos to clients, partners, and blithequark Cloud Platform stakeholders. Develop and deliver product messaging with the goal of highlighting our solutions' value using techniques including whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and request for information response documents. Attend client sites, conferences, and other related events, where applicable. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, as well as experience working with security or cloud native models in a client-facing or technical sales engineering role. You should also have experience with network security matters such as threat detection, malware analysis, cloud security posture management, or identity and access management systems. Additionally, you should be comfortable communicating complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience. Certification in Cloud or Security industry. Experience implementing enterprise security solutions such as threat detection and hunting, malware analysis, cloud security posture management, or identity and access management systems. Knowledge of broad product and solution sets and market trends in the network security industry (e.g., ransomware, attack vectors, zero trust, etc.). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to have a strong combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills. You should be able to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing. You should also be able to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues from a variety of backgrounds and disciplines. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines, and adapting to changing circumstances and priorities. Technical Skills Strong understanding of cloud security concepts and technologies, including cloud security posture management, identity and access management, and threat detection and response. Experience working with cloud-based security solutions, including blithequark Cloud Security products. Knowledge of network security protocols and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and encryption. Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulations, including HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.
