Key Responsibilities Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop strategic plans to integrate AI accelerators into their cloud strategy Design and implement migration paths, integration techniques, and application architectures that incorporate blithequark's AI-optimized infrastructure Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and benchmarking exercises to showcase the power of blithequark's accelerators and optimize model performance Develop repeatable assets and best practices to enable other customers and internal teams to succeed Influence blithequark's cloud strategy at the intersection of infrastructure and AI/ML by advocating for customer requirements Travel to customer sites and events as needed to build strong relationships and drive business growth Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, with a focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning Proven experience in building and operationalizing machine learning models, with a strong understanding of model performance and optimization Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver technical presentations and lead detailed discovery and planning sessions Desired Qualifications Experience in training and fine-tuning large models (e.g., image, language, segmentation, recommendation, genomics) with accelerators Familiarity with MLPerf benchmarks and performance profiling tools (e.g., Tensorflow profiler, PyTorch profiler, Tensorboard) Experience with distributed training and optimizing performance versus cost Ability to design and architect large-scale infrastructure farms for professional AI use cases Strong business acumen and ability to interact with C-level or senior business leaders and influence decisions Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
