Key Responsibilities Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, machine learning) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions. Analyze customer behavior (e.g., genre preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped customer needs and new content opportunities. Predict content engagement to inform acquisition decisions. Optimize our content launch and episode release strategy. Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention. Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both tactical and strategic navigation. Provide ad-hoc analytical support to stakeholders to help drive the business forward. Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you should have: A Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent field. At least 2 years of experience in Data Analysis. Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python. Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc. Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving unstructured problems. Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication.
