Our commitment to employee development and advancement opportunities has earned us a reputation as a top employer in the industry. **Responsibilities** As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone * Handling high volume calls pleasantly and efficiently * Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds client expectations * Utilizing strong computer skills and ability to learn new software to navigate our systems and tools * Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information * Collaborating with our team to resolve client issues and concerns **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A personal computer with working camera and internet connection (required for remote work) * Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software * Ability to keep sensitive information confidential * High school diploma or equivalent * Proven success in a previous customer service/call center position * Ability to work remotely in emergency situations * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations **Qualifications** While a multi-language capability is not required, we welcome candidates who are fluent in multiple languages.
