Job Overview We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our End-to-End (E2E) Delivery team, where you'll play a critical role in driving data-driven insights and strategic decision making. As a Data Analyst at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to work with vast amounts of global data, drive business growth, and make a tangible impact on our customers' lives. With a focus on conveying food to our clients in as little as 60 minutes, our E2E Delivery team relies on data analysis to make associations between stores, clients, customers, drivers, fulfillment centers, and sellers. Key Responsibilities Conduct ad-hoc analysis, build dashboards, and provide insights on capacity, cost, fulfillment, and transportation to make blithequark's delivery platform one of the fastest and most reliable in the country Develop a deep understanding of transportation, driver, and customer behavior, and create reporting and ad-hoc analysis for key stakeholders Build reality-based models, driver analysis, and work with test and learn to drive data-driven decisions Plan and estimation of retail tests, including building dashboards and metrics for new customer recommendations like expedited shipping Conduct root cause analysis for late deliveries and grasp differences in performance across stores and markets Apply SQL and visualization skills to create reports that showcase the results of your analysis Collaborate with colleagues to gather the right data from various sources to support investigations of key drivers Lead exploratory analysis, including hypothesis testing and statistical testing Automate tasks and develop processes that monitor, analyze, and inform the actions of key stakeholders Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes Preferred Qualifications Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R, or Julia) Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques (e.g., regression, decision trees, random forest, or clustering) Experience with data science tools and technologies (e.g., Jupyter Notebooks, Apache Spark, or scikit-learn) Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills and careers.
