Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist Centralized Services professional to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for executing medical services methodologies, driving patient wellbeing results, and ensuring compliance with clinical pharmacy services. You will also be responsible for processing prescriptions from a remote setting, cultivating strong relationships with clinical communities, and serving as a representative and contact for our organization. Key Responsibilities Execute patient intervention pharmacy programs and ensure compliance with clinical pharmacy services Drive pharmacy financial performance by executing on pharmacy projects to maximize reimbursements while improving patient health outcomes Process prescriptions from a remote setting and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Cultivate strong relationships with clinical communities and serve as a representative and contact for blithequark Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership Conduct data and clinical reviews and make strategic decisions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of prescriptions Review drug records and patient profiles to ensure proper and safe medication treatment Provide individualized patient/supplier consultation and give feedback regarding the effectiveness of the Client Maintenance Program Essential Qualifications Current Pharmacist license as conferred by the appropriate state licensing authority Experience motivating colleagues to research and resolve issues Experience working with confidential information Able to work non-standard hours, which may include evenings, holidays, and/or weekends Experience using time management skills, such as prioritizing/organizing and following details and meeting deadlines of multiple tasks with varying completion dates Experience creating ways to achieve goals with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete objectives, and knowing when to escalate issues Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction Preferred Qualifications Willingness to obtain other state pharmacy licenses if necessary Knowledge of insurance plans Knowledge of computer operating systems, including Radio, Commitment, and Plus Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save functions, adjusting text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a column, selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting borders, selecting page orientation, using spell check, or printing worksheets) Basic level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: inserting, editing, hiding, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding list level, adding, centering, and editing text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving objects, printing frame view, or running a slide show) Basic level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: opening a document, cutting, copying, and editing text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and column width, formatting, inserting shots, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet, or print functions) Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
