About the Role We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team, who can excel in data analysis and take ownership of customer relationships. As an independent contributor, you'll work directly with enterprise clients to provide data insights and manage all aspects of the client relationship, similar to a Customer Success Manager. Your primary goal will be to ensure clients achieve their business objectives using our data products and build long-term partnerships with them. Key Responsibilities Independent Data Analysis: Collaborate with enterprise clients to gather requirements, analyze large datasets, and deliver actionable insights that help them achieve their business objectives. Customer Success: Take full responsibility for the success of your clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all client communication, ensuring they maximize the value of our data products, and handling support requests, escalations, and proactively engaging with clients to anticipate their needs. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers are satisfied, and helping them get the most out of our data services. Project Management: Oversee the lifecycle of data projects, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and successful outcomes for the client. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and other internal teams to align our data solutions with client needs, offering feedback and insights to drive improvements. Essential Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage end-to-end data projects. Previous experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or related role, with a focus on managing enterprise client relationships. Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and experience working with large datasets. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results in a remote, fast-paced environment. Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, comfortable working independently. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with remote teams and managing client relationships in a virtual setting. Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js. Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python, R, or Java. Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira. Certifications in data analysis, customer success, or related fields.
