As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission by responding to customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in a professional, accurate, and timely manner. Job Overview We offer both full-time and part-time regular employee positions, with a starting pay of $15/hour and the potential to earn up to $16/hour within the first year, plus merit-based increases. Additionally, you will have opportunities to earn bonuses based on meeting Key Job Accountabilities (KJA) after 6, 12, and 24 months. As a remote worker, you will be trained remotely and must be able to work from home in a designated area with company-provided technology equipment. A stable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and 10 Mbps upload speed is required to participate in online meetings and perform your duties effectively. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner, ensuring that all customer interactions are positive and productive. Ascertain the nature of the call and record information in the Communication Log, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions. Utilize proprietary blithequark systems to look up member information and provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries. Forward logs requiring further research to the appropriate department, ensuring that all customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Transfer callers to the appropriate queue if the question is of a more complex issue, such as claims or authorizations, and ensure that customers receive the support they need. Manage your time effectively to ensure that calls are answered within required timeframes and that follow-up actions are taken in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding minimum key job accountabilities established for the Customer Service Representative position. Document all calls appropriately, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions. Attend weekly staff and other meetings to discuss issues, foster teamwork, and stay up-to-date on company news and developments. Respond to requests for internal and external customers and/or clients, as required, providing exceptional service and support to all stakeholders. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning and development. A minimum of one year of experience performing customer service duties, with inbound call center experience preferred, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, and the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
