Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining client support reports within Business Intelligence (BI) tools, analyzing diverse data sets to identify trends and patterns, and providing critical updates to senior-level stakeholders. As a central member of our team, you will collaborate closely with internal CS groups, seller partners, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate and effective utilization of workforce management and operational data across the client assistance capability. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain global client support dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders and seller partners using various BI tools, such as Tableau Partner with the arenaflex Data Insights team to migrate ad-hoc Tableau dashboards into custom data visualization tools Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in client assistance data Provide level-one support to seller partners and data consumers, collaborating with Data Engineering teams to resolve data integrity issues in a timely manner Train and educate clients on how to effectively use and interpret reports and data, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization Create and maintain up-to-date documentation, including data dictionaries, report definitions, and best practices Collaborate intimately with various cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements, business processes, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Prepare and deliver periodic executive-level reports on status, insights, and trends to inform and guide critical business decisions Develop and implement comprehensive and consistent strategies, tools, and processes related to dashboard maintenance and reporting support Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 1 year of college education in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience 4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence, preferably in a client support or related functional setting Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar Demonstrated expertise in designing and creating complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to drive functional improvements Experience working with large datasets and performing data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity Project/program management, process improvement, influencing, modeling, and consulting skills Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in simple terms to diverse audiences and drive results Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Advanced degree in a quantitative field or a related discipline Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities Familiarity with data engineering principles and practices Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or R Certifications in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and quality Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
