Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting and managing data. Your duties will include: Analyzing documents to identify relevant data to add into our database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Conducting additional research as necessary, including contacting data authorities for guidance on interpreting documents, to ensure data quality and integrity. Communicating clearly with management, peers, and stakeholders on processes and data acquisition/transformation, providing updates and insights to support informed decision-making. Articulating data transformation processes clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to facilitate understanding and collaboration among team members. Taking on additional periodical and/or ad-hoc projects and tasks as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment. Working independently with limited oversight, using self-motivation and discipline to meet quality and efficiency benchmarks. Utilizing provided resources to answer questions and resolve issues, seeking assistance when necessary to ensure timely and effective solutions. Meeting quality and efficiency benchmarks, consistently delivering high-quality results and striving for continuous improvement. Completing items within the Data Entry queue, prioritizing tasks and managing workload to meet deadlines and expectations. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School diploma or GED equivalent, demonstrating a foundation in basic education and skills. Must be at least 18 years of age, meeting the minimum age requirement for employment. Willingness and ability to take ownership and initiative on tasks and projects, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach. Ability to work as part of a team, providing on-time results and supporting collaborative efforts to achieve shared goals. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office products, to efficiently and effectively complete tasks and manage data. Strong critical thinking skills, with excellent attention to detail, to ensure accuracy and quality in data entry and management. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Health care Industry experience, providing a foundation in the sector and familiarity with relevant data and systems. Experience in data entry and comparison, demonstrating a background in data management and analysis.
