Job Overview We are seeking an experienced customer support specialist to join our team of rockstar agents who are passionate about providing top-notch service to our customers. As a chat support specialist, you will be responsible for answering incoming chats, consulting customers on enhancing the value of their contact lens purchase, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
