About the Role As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering great customer service to our valued customers via phone and email. Key Responsibilities Bring great customer service to customers via phone and email, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more Find solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly, demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric approach Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and efficiently Utilize your knowledge of our products and services to make recommendations and upsell/cross-sell when appropriate, enhancing the customer experience and driving business growth Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you must be fluent in Danish and have a good command of English. Additionally, we're looking for individuals who are flexible, dynamic, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
