Job Overview In this exciting role, you will serve as a deals and client care expert, responsible for teaching customers and trade experts about the benefits of utilizing and collaborating with arenaflex's cutting-edge platforms and tools. Your primary focus will be on providing outstanding customer support, ensuring seamless onboarding of support experts, and facilitating quotes and sales closures. As a key member of the arenaflex team, you will be expected to work independently and collaboratively to achieve a high rate of customer satisfaction, driving business growth and expansion. Key Responsibilities 90% Customer and Trade Expert Exchange Organizations (ACE) customer care via inbound/outbound calls, email, and chat systems, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution 10% Reporting customer interactions using electronic software tools, guaranteeing end-to-end support, research, and follow-up to ensure best efforts in matches between professional trade organizations and customers Performing other activities as assigned by leadership, contributing to the overall success and growth of the arenaflex team Essential Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree and be at least 18 years old. You should be legally authorized to work in the US and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a highly motivated and proficient representative, you will be expected to self-start your own activities, ensuring objectives are met and exceeded.
