Job Overview As an IT Business Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing IT administration, project management, and support to ensure the functional sustainability of our critical infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our data center and remote communication room equipment, as well as providing IT support to our labs and client application teams. Key Responsibilities Provide IT administration and support for our data center and remote communication room equipment, including server management, network administration, and troubleshooting. Manage and maintain our IT labs, ensuring that our client application teams have the necessary resources and support to test and develop their applications. Coordinate with our professional services team to ensure that our critical infrastructure is properly maintained and supported, including break-fix activities and preventative maintenance. Develop and implement standards and guidelines for our data center and remote communication room equipment, including space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure. Manage our fiber ring network, ensuring that our Atlanta airport and campus facilities have reliable and high-speed connectivity. Provide project management support for our data center and remote communication room capital improvements, upgrades, and enhancements. Ensure compliance with all governing corporate standards and regulations, including IT security and data protection policies. Collaborate with our procurement team to select and manage IT and facilities services, ensuring that we receive the best value for our products and services. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration. Strong knowledge of data center technology and facilities infrastructure, including server management, network administration, and IT security. Project management experience, including capital planning, budgeting, and vendor management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop creative solutions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including extended hours and on-call rotations, as required. Preferred Qualifications Four-year degree or 5+ years of relevant experience in IT or a related field. IT project management experience, including experience with high-availability communication rooms or data centers. Strong knowledge of IT service management, including ITIL or similar frameworks. Experience with data center infrastructure management, including space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure. Strong understanding of IT security and data protection policies, including compliance with regulatory requirements. Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or similar frameworks are highly desirable.
