Job Summary As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling high-volume customer inquiries, and working under direct supervision. You will be expected to perform tasks in accordance with our organization's approaches and techniques, utilizing our pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication data. Your duties may vary depending on the allocated division, and you will be required to work 8 hours a day, with a competitive salary of $25/hour. Key Responsibilities Utilize arenaflex's remedy information section methods and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering data into the suitable system. Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA rules and enter refill orders for processing. Investigate to obtain missing medication data and interpret clinical abbreviations (SIG codes). Resolve all data entry-related exceptions. Handle communication to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and make outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis. Resolve Third-Party Rejections by inspecting, gathering information, making corrections, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements. Make phone calls to payers and others to obtain information, gain override approval, or otherwise resolve Third-Party Rejections. Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those at different locations. Identify and communicate issues to senior-level staff as appropriate. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Basic level computer skills (e.g., start and shut down a computer, use a mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between applications, save files, print reports, and access information online). Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, typing in URLs in the correct location, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and filling out forms online. Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents). Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: At least 2 years of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment. At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/registration by state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacy or a nationally recognized certification agency. Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction. Moderate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents). Fluency in Spanish and English.
