Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries related to arenaflex's offerings and services via Zoom, phone, email, and online chat. Resolve customer issues by clarifying problems, determining causes, selecting and explaining solutions, and following up to ensure resolution. Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource, ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded. Manage and update the knowledge base and related customer support documents to maintain accuracy and relevance. Essential Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate To succeed in this role, you will possess: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with people and building strong relationships.
