Utilize provided templates and knowledge base to answer frequently asked questions and address common issues. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by being empathetic, understanding, and solution-focused. Escalate complex or unusual issues to the appropriate team members, ensuring seamless resolution and minimal disruption to the customer experience. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and knowledge base by providing feedback and suggestions.
