Job Overview We are looking for two talented customer support representatives to work together as a team, providing 7-day coverage to our customers. The ideal candidates will possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively with customers, and a strong capacity for independent work. As a customer support representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, working closely with our overseas admin team, and ensuring timely resolution of support tickets. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries Work collaboratively with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless handling of listings and support tickets Manage your workload independently, taking responsibility for your tasks and ensuring timely completion Communicate effectively with customers, providing kind and helpful support to resolve their issues Contribute to the development of our customer support processes, suggesting improvements and enhancements as needed Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and take responsibility for your work Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems Preferred qualifications include: Previous experience in customer support or a related field Familiarity with modern business tools, such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA Experience working in a remote or online environment Skills and Competencies: To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and take responsibility for your work Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to providing our team members with opportunities for career growth and development.
