Role Description What You'll Do • Work closely with senior developers to build and enhance front-end features using React. • Contribute to clean, efficient, and maintainable code. • Help design and implement responsive, accessible, and engaging user interfaces. • Participate in code reviews and learn modern development best practices. • Gain real-world experience in a collaborative environment where your contributions matter. What We're Looking For • A recent graduate or early-career React developer with a strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and ES6+ features. • Hands-on experience with React is required • Familiarity with and can utilize Front-End Technologies such as HTML, CSS and modern front-end build tools. • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux • Comfortable collaborating locally with our team during shared hours. • A strong communicator who enjoys problem-solving and continuous learning. • Experience with version control systems such as Git. Contract-to-Hire Role (Primary): This position is structured as a contract-to-hire role, with the intent to convert to full-time employment after 3–6 months, based on performance and mutual fit. We believe contract-to-hire creates the best outcomes for both sides — giving candidates the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities in a real-world setting while ensuring a strong long-term fit. Hourly Rate: $35 – $42 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated skill Conversion to Full-Time: Upon successful conversion, expected full-time compensation will fall within the range of $75,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on role scope and performance.
