Position Overview We are on the hunt for highly motivated and skilled At-Home Contact Center Specialists who are available to work on a full-time or part-time basis. Key Responsibilities: Qualify callers for programs, products, or services through outbound and inbound calls. Engage in appointment scheduling, ensuring timely and efficient coordination. Conduct insurance lead qualification, assessing eligibility and providing relevant information. Participate in patient recruitment efforts, promoting awareness and facilitating connections. Perform medical appointment setting, ensuring seamless communication and scheduling. Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge following the completion of the nesting period. Requirements for Success To excel as a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you must meet the following essential requirements: Hold a High School Diploma or GED. Possess great verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly. Have a working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including proficiency in Google Chrome. Own a computer at home that meets our technical specifications (cannot be a Chromebook, Notebook, or MacBook). Have access to a webcam and reliable internet connection. Maintain a dedicated, quiet workspace with a desk/workstation. Preferred Qualifications: While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Prior experience in customer support or a related field. Familiarity with contact center technology and software. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
