Job Overview The role of the Customer Experience Concierge Professional is to provide exceptional service to Card Members visiting the arenaflex Centurion Lounge. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating innovative ways to resolve customers' issues, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, and tailoring our products and services to meet their immediate needs.
