Job Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding arenaflex's technology brand strategy, leveraging powerful channels and content to contribute to team engagement and a great lifestyle across all pillars of technology. This role will involve collaborating with stakeholders and partners to define and deploy the arenaflex era brand, constructing and executing initiatives and tools, growing and managing era-focused inner forums and outside possibilities, and turning in on desires that make contributions to an excellent era brand tradition and worker experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a technology brand strategy using powerful channels and content specific to generation that contribute to team engagement and a great lifestyle across all pillars of technology Liaise with Communications to ensure connectivity and consistency inside the generation communications plan and throughout all collaborative efforts that help activation of the technology brand Work with the Vice President Method and Transformation and HR to steer a technology culture via data-informed human beings applications and strategies that enable an amazing worker experience constructed upon inclusion and reputation, delegating to broader corporation applications wherein they exist Ensure consistency of generation brand and implementation for events throughout the agency (e.g., hackathons, brown bags, or lunch and learn boards, generation conferences, etc.) Build and manipulate the engagement crew composed of voluntary team individuals inside the company and oversee the method and activities that may consist of assessing and offering tips for equipment and activities to uniquely engage technology personnel of all degrees and build community across groups and capabilities Partner with HR to persuade worker surveys, movement planning, and approach implementation, production of activities or tasks aligned with the era group values and commercial enterprise goals, and management of internal partnerships Partner with HR to apply human beings-centric records from the organization associated with the generation crew to tell engagement crew approach and projects and encourage a lifestyle of empowerment, innovation, belonging, and pride Essential Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in modern communications, brand, and/or lifestyle and engagement, or a High School or GED and at least 3 years of experience in progressive communications, brand, and/or lifestyle and engagement experience. Additionally, the candidate should have: At least 4 years of experience managing revolutionary communications, brand, and/or lifestyle and engagement experience At least 4 years of experience leading and handling the work of a group, consisting of leading through influence or COE model Experience in development and implementation of strategic tasks and programs aligned to business desires Ability to offer shape and steering to steer, develop, and inspire groups in engaging in goals Experience with program management, enterprise, powerful making plans, and scheduling of massive scale programs, activities, and initiatives at the organizational degree to satisfy both short and long-range desires and targets Experience building effective work relationships, establishing credibility, and increasing trust to hold have an impact in any respect stages of the business enterprise Experience with powerful trade control and capacity to persuade behavior all through times of alternate and transition Great oral and written communication abilities, capacity to convey enterprise necessities and technical needs in a clear, concise, and effective manner Ability to exercise expert judgment and assume responsibility for decisions that have an effect on humans, satisfactory of provider, and expenses At least 2 years of experience contributing to monetary decisions within the workplace At least 3 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team leadership Willing to travel up to at least 10% of the time for business functions (inside nation and out of country) Preferred Qualifications The preferred candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience, with 1-4 years of innovative communications, brand, and/or lifestyle and engagement experience.
