With a passion for making a positive impact, we're committed to providing exceptional customer experiences and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth. **The Role** As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Assisting members with their accounts, providing resources, and guiding them on how to maximize their Premium Memberships * Escalating technical issues to the engineering team and communicating solutions to members * Drafting support articles and assisting with creating member tutorials * Using the arenaflex app regularly and providing detailed feedback to the product team on beta features * Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor **About You** We're looking for a highly motivated and empathetic individual who shares our passion for empowering financial freedom.
