As a key member of our customer support team, you'll handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, leveraging your expertise in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and communication to drive exceptional customer experiences. **Essential Responsibilities** * Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, utilizing your active listening and verbal communication skills to provide accurate and empathetic responses. * Follow communication scripts and use your knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to go off-script when necessary, ensuring seamless customer interactions. * Identify patient needs, learn and utilize the Caption platform for scheduling appointments, and provide solutions to resolve complaints and concerns. * Maintain ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of a caller's request, including follow-ups, to ensure timely and effective resolution. * Recommend improvements for systems and processes to boost organizational efficiency, leveraging data and insights gathered by the call center. * Memorize scripts for Caption Care services and refer to them during calls, ensuring consistency and accuracy. * Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that all questions, cancellations, and confirmations are handled appropriately. * Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets for call volume and achieve all objectives for service, productivity, and quality. * Create and maintain a record of daily problems and remedial actions taken, using the call-center database. * Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the growth and success of our customer support team. **Required Skills and Abilities** * Strong active listening and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs and preferences. * Proficiency in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and time management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Expertise in multitasking, with the ability to handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously. * Proficient with Microsoft 365 or similar software, with experience in using call-center databases and platforms. * High school degree or equivalent, with 3-5 years' experience working in a call center or customer support role. * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, with a focus on maintaining a healthy work-life balance. **Nice to Have Skills** * Leverage data and insights gathered by the call center to recommend and influence process improvements, driving organizational efficiency and effectiveness. * Utilize the Caption platform to schedule appointments, modify/cancel existing appointments, and provide solutions to resolve complaints and concerns. **Schedule and Hours** * 100% remote work arrangement, with a preference for EST time zone. * M-F shift: 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM, covering half 2nd shift and half 3rd shift. * Training is provided on the first shift, with a focus on ensuring a smooth transition to the night shift. **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour. * Opportunity to work with a leading IT staffing firm, with access to a wide range of jobs and career development opportunities. * Flexible work arrangement, with a focus on maintaining a healthy work-life balance. * Professional development opportunities, with a focus on enhancing your skills and expertise. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
