Your attention to detail, technical skills, and ability to work under pressure will ensure that claims are accurately and efficiently processed, meeting the high standards of our clients and arenaflex. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to the success of our team. **Responsibilities** * Capture and validate complex data, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail * Classify and index images, utilizing various systems and tools * Pre-adjudicate documents and correct data as required, working closely with automated data extraction tools * Verify data from multiple sources, using multiple source documents to verify accuracy * Utilize various systems to complete assigned tasks, working within established procedures and practices * Work under close supervision, meeting deadlines and maintaining high accuracy rates * Maintain or exceed keystroke per hour (ksph) and words per minute (wpm) targets, with less than 1% error rate **Requirements** * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) * At least 18 years of age or older * Eligible to work in the United States * Must be able to clear necessary criminal background checks or drug screenings * Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and internet research * Ability to type at least 45+ WPM with high accuracy * 10-key by touch proficiency * Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing preferred * Experience working through VPN connection * Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and maintaining high accuracy rates **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in data entry or related field * Familiarity with medical claims form processing * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision * Excellent communication and teamwork skills **Skills and Competencies** * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and maintaining high accuracy rates * Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and internet research * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our associates grow and develop their careers.
