Liaison between Customers and Internal Teams : Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of any issues or escalations. Customer Success Strategies : Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Performance Metrics Tracking : Monitor and track key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of customer success initiatives. Requirements Essential Qualifications Customer-Facing Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
