Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to passenger inquiries via online channels such as chat and email, providing timely and accurate information to resolve customer concerns. Assist passengers with booking, reservations, and other service-related inquiries , ensuring a seamless travel experience from start to finish. Provide information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel requirements , staying up-to-date on the latest industry developments and regulatory changes. Address and resolve customer concerns , escalating issues when necessary to ensure prompt resolution and maintain customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated and efficient customer experience, working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals. Essential Qualifications Previous customer service experience , preferably in the airline or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to effectively communicate with passengers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail , with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions. Familiarity with airline systems and procedures is a plus, although training will be provided to ensure a smooth transition. Availability to work flexible hours , including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a commitment to meeting business needs and ensuring seamless customer service. Preferred Qualifications Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms used in the airline industry. Knowledge of airline industry regulations and policies , including those related to passenger rights and baggage handling. Multilingual skills , with the ability to communicate with passengers in multiple languages.
