As a Customer Practice Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and supporting our customers in the Media & Entertainment domain, developing long-term ProServe strategies, and executing against those strategies to drive business growth and revenue. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Practice Manager, you will be responsible for: * **Leading Business Outcomes**: Articulate accelerated customer outcomes through cloud transformation and drive business growth through strategic customer programs. * **Execution of Long-Term Strategic Customer Transformation Roadmaps**: Develop and execute comprehensive customer transformation roadmaps that align with AWS account team objectives and drive near-term ProServe and Platform bookings. * **Unified Account Planning and Pursuit Planning**: Develop and execute unified account plans and pursuit plans that align with AWS account team objectives and drive business growth. * **Establishing Executive Relationships**: Establish and maintain executive relationships across business and technology groups, securing executive sponsorship for customer programs. * **Internal Network Development**: Establish and maintain a strong internal network at blithequark, collaborating with key organizations such as Account Team, Partner team, Global Services organization, Finance, and Legal. * **Strategic Advisor and Expert**: Serve as a trusted advisor and expert to customers, providing deep knowledge of the cross-section of their business and the cloud ecosystem. * **Annual Bookings, Revenue, and Customer Satisfaction Targets**: Deliver on annual bookings, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets, aligning deal structure with defined customer outcomes and AWS ProServe business objectives. * **Shared Learnings and Mechanisms**: Support scale through shared learnings and mechanisms across the ProServe team, driving business growth and revenue. **About the Team** Our team at blithequark values diverse experiences and encourages candidates from all backgrounds to apply. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
