About the Role We are seeking an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our global Customer and Product Success team, working remotely from Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will own a portfolio of customer accounts, operating as a trusted advisor and partner to blithequark customers. Your primary objective will be to develop strong customer relationships, drive retention through customer-realized value, and ensure our customers achieve their business goals by leveraging our cloud technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts across the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion Deliver customer training and education on blithequark's console and solutions, ensuring customers maximize the benefits of our products and services Build and maintain deep, healthy relationships with key customer stakeholders, including CFOs, FinOps leads, engineers, and cloud architects, to align our solutions with their business objectives Identify potential risks and create mitigation plans in collaboration with blithequark's Account Managers, Technical Account Managers, and leadership team Evaluate and analyze customer needs, sharing insights with the blithequark organization and your manager to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction Act as a customer advocate, building trust and transparency with customers and escalating problems and feedback to the engineering team, product managers, and other departments as needed Maintain a detailed understanding of blithequark's products and services, as well as customer use cases, to advise customers on how to leverage our solutions more effectively Essential Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Customer Success in a B2B SaaS company, with a proven track record of driving customer success and achieving targets 1-2 years of experience working with public cloud platforms, such as GCP, AWS, or Azure Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive business relationships with customers and team members Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and products quickly, and understand how customers use them to drive strategic success Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop effective solutions to internal and customer-facing issues Accountability, personal organization, and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Fluency in English to a professional degree (verbal and written) Preferred Qualifications Experience working in finance or data analytics, with a strong understanding of financial operations and data-driven decision making Cloud Provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or FinOps Certifications, demonstrating expertise in cloud technology and financial operations Additional languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members, providing opportunities for professional development, skill enhancement, and career advancement.
