Your Role as a Customer Success Manager As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will be at the forefront of our mission to enable financial markets access for everyone. Your primary focus will be on ensuring our partners (customers) have a seamless and positive experience from launch through renewal, leading to successful outcomes. Reporting to the VP, Sales and Success, you will play a crucial role in supporting arenaflex's B2B offerings, helping customers launch trading apps and open financial services to a global audience. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary contact for B2B/enterprise customers, fostering healthy and constant relationships with key contacts throughout the customer lifecycle. Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and success by managing escalations with empathy and understanding. Maintain regular contact with customers to understand their business priorities, monitor progress, and identify potential risks. Collaborate with partners to forecast growth accurately and identify progress towards shared goals. Drive the adoption of arenaflex features among our live partners and identify best practices to share across the board. Represent partners internally to ensure alignment across multiple groups, including marketing, product, operations, etc. Develop and implement a success strategy for ensuring customer success and identify areas for improvement within arenaflex. Provide internal communication and reporting on overall account status, health, and risk. Who You Are To excel in this role, you should have: Essential Qualifications: 4-6 years of experience in a customer success role, with a proven track record of managing customer relationships. Availability to work within US region hours. Understanding of key technology concepts, such as SaaS and APIs. Experience working with both large and small companies. A genuine interest in arenaflex's mission to enable financial services access to everyone on the planet. Ability to work remotely and independently, with strong self-management skills. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment. A desire to learn and grow with the company. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the fintech industry, particularly with broker-dealer businesses, is a significant plus. A startup mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience working with international B2B clients. Multi-lingual skills, especially in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
