Your Role as a Customer Success Associate As a valued member of our Borrower Success Team, you will play a critical role in helping student loan borrowers navigate our tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. With comprehensive training and hands-on experience, you will quickly become an expert in the student loan landscape, serving as the first point of contact for our users and providing exceptional support and guidance. This is a remote, full-time contractor role with the possibility of extension or permanent hiring in NYC based on performance and company needs, offering up to 5 months of exciting opportunities for growth and development. Key Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of blithequark's product offerings and how they address the unique needs of our borrowers Engage with borrowers via email and live chat, providing timely and effective support to ensure their success Review and submit applications for federal loan programs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement innovative ideas and automations to help scale the team and enhance the borrower experience Collaborate with the product, design, and engineering teams to bring user feedback to life, informing the development of new features and offerings that meet the evolving needs of our borrowers Work closely with the Borrower Success Team to achieve team and company growth goals, aligning with our social mission to make a positive impact on the lives of our borrowers Recommended Experience and Qualifications We are seeking talented and motivated individuals with at least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in start-ups, finance (including financial aid or fintech), government programs, or customer support. A passion for applying your skills and talents in a fast-paced startup environment to tackle a major social issue is essential.
