Job Summary As a Customer Success Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers via telephone, email, and chat on a daily basis. You will be the face of our brand, communicating with new and potential customers, guiding them through the shopping experience, answering order questions, and supporting the team to build a successful brand. Key Responsibilities Answer any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported. Demonstrate empathy towards customers' needs while understanding the business's bottom line, finding creative solutions that meet both parties' requirements. Collect and share feedback with external teams to ensure that the needs of the customers are being met, driving continuous improvement and innovation. Perform a minimum of 70 interactions per shift, meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers every day. Role Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction. Access to a consistently stable internet connection, enabling you to work efficiently and effectively from home. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. A willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability. On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business, thinking outside the box to find innovative solutions.
