In this critical role, you will have the opportunity to analyze complex problems, develop and implement process improvements, and manage day-to-day operations related to your areas of responsibility. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the Operations Strategy Team, to drive major process improvement initiatives and provide input and resources to support the needs of our stores and field operations. Key Responsibilities As an Operations Process Manager at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Analyzing the fundamental components of problems and communicating the correct course of action to the team and the resolution to the field, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Developing and implementing changes that improve overall store operations processes, adding value to our stores' bottom line and driving business growth. Managing core store operations projects and/or process improvements, creating and maintaining project work plans, and ensuring successful execution. Managing issues and roadblocks that arise related to your area of responsibility, responding proactively to unanticipated store needs, and taking corrective action to minimize disruptions. Communicating effectively and building strong, effective partnerships with the field/stores and throughout arenaflex, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed. Preparing and delivering high-level insights and recommendations based on multiple analyses of industry/business, competitive landscape, and consumer data, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. Providing guidance and training specific to your area of expertise, assisting in collaborating findings from data, and making verbal/written recommendations to drive process improvements. Maintaining a knowledge base regarding specific operations and processes within store operations, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Responsible for the selection, terminations, performance appraisal, and professional development of a support team of Business Analysts, providing leadership and guidance to ensure their success. Leadership and Management As a leader at arenaflex, you will be responsible for directing and indirect reports, typically including 2-5 Business Analysts. You will assign and review work, provide guidance and feedback, and ensure that your team is equipped to succeed in their roles. You will also be required to persuade or influence others, both within and outside of your team, to achieve business objectives and drive process improvements. Travel and Physical Requirements This role typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time, with most time spent sitting in a comfortable position and opportunities to move about. On rare occasions, you may be required to move or lift light articles. Working Conditions You will be working in a comfortable indoor area, with any unpleasant conditions being infrequent and not objectionable. However, you will be under constant pressure to continuously meet tight deadlines, demanding quotas, and/or regularly deal with difficult situations, requiring strong time management and problem-solving skills. Minimum Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must: Be at least 18 years of age or older. Be legally permitted to work in the United States. Have a minimum of 5 years of work experience, with preferred experience in retail or process management in a related area. Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field of study related to the job. Preferred Qualifications Preferred qualifications include: PMI certification. 3 years of retail experience or process management in a related area. Strong business, functional, and/or store knowledge for your area of responsibility. Leadership and management experience. Strong operations, retail, and/or field experience. Ability to partner/communicate well with the field/stores. High sense of urgency in responding to field needs. Strong big picture; strategic thinking skills.
