Resolving customer inquiries successfully through the use of multiple customer support tools, including conducting research in SAP and/or contacting business units as appropriate, to provide timely and effective solutions. Maintaining world-class standards by performing against department scorecards and metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and seeking opportunities to exceed service requirements by building and managing relationships with customers and contacts at each business unit. Establishing and maintaining world-class customer relations by developing a rapport with customers, actively listening to their needs, and providing consultative support and recommendations to enhance their experience with arenaflex. Identifying and evaluating opportunities to increase customer retention, maintain customer confidence, and protect operations by keeping information confidential, suggesting alternatives to out-of-stock or limited quantity items, and informing customers of available deals and promotions. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess: A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation in basic education and a commitment to learning and development. Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems. No previous experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in the role. However, a results-oriented mindset, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and customer service skills are essential. The ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
