Key Responsibilities Manage inbound customer communications: Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests, and issues in a timely and professional manner. Consult on customer success: Advise customers on how to successfully leverage our products and services based on their unique needs, providing personalized guidance and support to ensure they achieve their goals. Maintain working product knowledge: Act as a product expert, ensuring that the information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic, and staying current with new product releases, features, and updates. Track interactions in CRM: Record customer interactions in our internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development, ensuring that all customer touchpoints are documented and actionable.
